I've been busy! At last I began to make a proper schematic and PCB for NeoVGA. The PCB's design is general purpose enough that I should have no trouble porting a few other projects to it, including line doublers for Nintendo 64, CPS2, and other systems.
Rev 1.0 works, though I needed two jumper wires to fix some tiny mistakes. I named one net NCS0 in one spot and NCSO in another. D'oh! Here it is scaling this Neo-Geo MV-2 up to the LCD monitor on the right:
